Refund policy

By using our site, you agree to the Return and Refund Policies.

Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of the order placement time in order to be accepted.
Please send your request to hello@tfibikes.com with your first and last name, order number, and "CANCEL" in the subject line. Emails are reviewed for cancellation requests before fulfillment, and your order will not be fulfilled earlier than 12 hours after the time of order placement to ensure that opportunities for cancellations are given and that we can comply with cancellation requests.

Returns:
We do not accept product returns. To supplement this, we do have refund guidelines below.

Refunds:

Refunds must be requested within 60 days of order placement. All orders older than 60 days are not applicable for refund.
Our procedures are designed fairly to respect the customer and to prevent excessive loss to our store, which is operating as a small business.
To request a refund: send an email to hello@tfibikes.com with your name (first and last), order number, and "Refund Request" in the subject line. Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply.

Conditions for refunds:
1. Item is not as described.
2. Received the incorrect product.
3. Product arrived damaged.
4. Product has still not arrived 35 days (including weekends and holidays) after the order placement.
5. Product received irreparable damage from regular use within 20 days of delivery.

If you don't meet these conditions, please send an inquiry anyway just in case we can create a fair exception for you, but please remember that exceptions are at our sole discretion.

Refunds will be issued via original payment method for the total amount of the refunded item's purchase price, which will include shipping if the number of items ordered and number of items refunded are both equal to 1. If only part of an order requires a refund, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

We can only accept refunds to a singular address/individual 1 time per year, and only allow for a $30 maximum refund amount per order in order to protect our business. Addresses that have received refunds are kept on file for 1 year to help maintain our refund policies.
